Within the Member Center select the "My Subscriptions" link view and manage your products and subscriptions. Next to each product is a section labeled "What do you want to do?" that lists options for viewing each product, updating payment information or canceling your subscription. Simply click on the desired topic and you will be directed through easy to follow step-by-step instructions.
The myFICO Support Center is another way to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). Click on "Support" and you will be directed to a page where you can search for a specific topic or keyword. Then, simply type in a key word or series of key words then click on "Search".
