      Beyond displeased. Cannot get through to a supervisor. Get circles and forced to go back through dealer. Its done on purpose so you will give up. Have professionals stating parts are beat. Motor mounts and other things. Transmission was replaced previously. Took back in to get it looked at. Not wanting to deal with it. They shipped that one out. No telling what happened when it was shipped. Truck driving worse than before. And AUL is not wanting to answer to anything. I feel like I have been ripped off. They covered some things. Meanwhile everyone is pointing their finger to one another and Im making a payment on a vehicle that is sitting at dealer over 2 months. I want something done or I will be starting from the top of AUL AND GMC to get answers. Writing letters as we speak!

      I bought my 2017 ram **** back in January used at a dealership in *********, ** where they did their final pitches and I ended up hearing that this extended warranty was essentially a bumper to bumper warranty besides ware and tear parts. This is not the case as they have a very generalized list of parts for all vehicles with many grey areas in their wording of part names. These part names do not correspond with MOPAR parts even though those parts have the same job in a vehicle. In this case my Ram has air suspension which I have been having problems with since it started getting cold. I brought it to the dealership and they told me that the compressor, valve block and the temperature sensor all needed to be replaced. I had them call AUL to cover this and AUL was fine with covering the compressor (as listed in their contract) but refused to cover the other two parts. After a couple of quick ****** searches, I found out that the solenoid valve block (listed as valve block on MOPARs website) was indeed a solenoid. This is a part that is listed as covered in their contract. They also wouldnt cover the temp sensor which again after googling I found out was the main sensor in the system that did a variety of things including having the same purpose as a height sensor (which is covered in their contract). I am now out just under $1000 because my warranty company didnt want to do any research nor help me in any other way.I dont recommend that anyone purchases their service as they are difficult to deal with and it seems the people in the call center or customer service line cant really do anything to help you. Claims refuses to talk with contract holders so if you do have this warranty, hopefully you bring your vehicle to a dealership that actually cares about its customers.

      I paid for an extended warranty. I had a problem with my car. I called to make sure that the issue i had would be covered under my warranty. After waiting for over an hour for someone to answer the phone I was told that the repairs would be covered and I was given instructions. The mechanic tried reaching them multiple times and waited on hold for over an hour each time for someone to answer. He was never connected with anyone. I had to pay $2050 for my car to be fixed. I've tried emailing, it says email can not be sent please try again later. I am fed up with this company already. I should never have had to pay out of pocket when I have coverage.

      We purchased a 2017 ****** sentra on June 6th 2023, with less than ******* miles on it. The dealer offered full coverage warranty for two years. After little over a month, the transmission broke down. The dealer would not return or answer calls, so we contacted the warranty company directly. They told us on several different recorded phone calls that they will cover it and to just take it to a repair shop. After going back and forth for over a month, and the car finnaly getting fixed at the repair shop, they told us it has to have been on the road for a month and **** miles. This was never said before the work was done, or checked from any of their customer service team, and only after the work was completed they informed us it will not be covered. I would not have taken to this shop for the work if I knew this in the beginning, and the dealer and warranty company hid the details of this warranty contract. Only after the work did they inform of us their minimum requirements. Now I'm stuck paying the bill. Do not trust this company, and if a dealer sells their products it is clearly a scam.

      I have a 2014 ******* Equus and when I bought the car I paid a little over $3,000 for the bumper to bumper warranty. The air shocks went and I took it to the dealership and *** took care of the repair, but they used rebuilt and/or used parts instead of ******* OEM parts. 3 weeks after the repair the air shocks went out again and they're telling me they already covered it and won't be paying again. I told the rep I wanted to talk to a supervisor, he said he'll give the supervisor my number but they have up to 48 hours to call. I can still drive the car but it rides like a tank, I can feel every bump on the road. I'm not sure if driving it will cause more damage, but I have to it's the only car I have. But I just want to let them know, they're in for a fight, I'm not giving up. If I have to get a lawyer involved I will. I'm also going to call the credit union that financed the car as well as the dealership that sold me the warranty. Something has got to give.

      If I could give this NO stars I would!! I purchased my vehicle March 2023 and noticed a stutter upon acceleration so I contacted AUL. They gave me the name of certified mechanics and I contacted AAMCO. I dropped my car off on 31 May and I still dont have it. I found out that *** has already paid the claim and as far as they are concerned, they have no more to do with me or my vehicle. I have a $2000 car rental bill and they arent willing to budge on assistance with it. They are rude when I call and will not transfer me to a Supervisor. I have been waiting for a call back for more than a week. They paid my claim two weeks after I dropped my car off but never followed up with me about completion. They will surely be expecting me to pay that deductible upon pick up whenever my car is ready. At this time.. I do not have transportation as Ive returned the rental AUL only covers 5 days but offered to extend it an extra 3 days. That is a drop in the bucket for those who are still without transportation. Ill definitely be speaking with an attorney.

      AUL Corporation is a fraudulent extended warranty company, they're giving us the run around and telling us to find a shop (OWN OUR OWN). They don't have a list of shops to offer. A representative gave me a address to a home in my neighborhood and said the tow truck will be taking my truck to that location. I immediately asked, why are you sending my truck to someone's personal home down the street from my house. That alone sounds like a scam.What warranty company doesnt have a mechanic shop list at their disposal for all zip codes? The other problem, NO EMAIL ADDRESS listed on their site or on the contract. There's only 888(this) (855)that (*****) and so on. There's only phone numbers, so consumers don't have proof of actually talking to someone, like in a EMAIL. Their website only has positive reviews, they'll never let a negative review show there 6/22/2023 a tow truck came to house and took my truck I got tired of trying to find a shop (ON MY OWN) that will accept their warranty and decided to go with dealership. So, I decided to send my truck to a Dodge dealership to fix my truck. The only issue, they would need to get approval before doing anything. I said, no problem. Thinking they're going to approve the repairs, regardless of what the price is. 6/29/2023 I went to the dealership to pay $133.00 for diagnostic and have my truck removed from their property. My truck is back in my driveway today, unrepaired. *** told the dealership, they will not pay $1,400.00 or $133 diagnose to take my engine apart for a detailed inspection. My engine is actually locking up, with a hard drag when starting up after turning it off at a store. I checked the dipstick, my oil is new synthetic and yellow. That only leaves me to believe, the pistons are getting fried due to old engine with 200k A extended warranty purchase price is split with the salesman. I paid $1,500 half went to my sales person. A warranty is only worth half of you purchase price, absolutely robbery

      My husband and I have been screwed by ***. We bought a used car back in March of 2022. After a month something went wrong and we were able to get it fixed through the used car salesman. Since then, of course warranty with them expired but we did have warranty through AUL. We have since spent over $15,000 in repairs. Not my car is again in the shop and repairs are running at almost $8,000-$10,000 and AUL said they would only pay about $2000. I am going to just sell this POS or trade it in for whatever I can get. Would like further details as to if anyone know how I might be able to get some kind of a refund on this warranty. I paid a for a five year warranty and AUL are no help. I also wonder if AUL are paying off used car dealerships for selling these **** contract to customers and scamming the customers. I would love for these companies to be investigated.

      I am getting nothing but the run around with AUL about getting my vehicle repaired, now being told to take my vehicle to a different repair shop about 100 miles away, I have filed a formal complaint against AUL with the ***************** of ********** Repair, this shouldn't be this difficult to use a warranty that I pay for!!!
