            I purchased a tree from their website on 11/11/21. Order #******. We received the tree on 11/16/21. We opened it and set it up and realized it looked nothing like the pictures on their website. I requested an ***(Return Merchandise Authorization) from them on 11/27/21. They responded with a case number which I didnt know was a different number. I then returned the item to their return facility. Address was in their return and exchange policy. After returning it I had to contact them again to find out why I hadnt received my refund. They then requested the *** they sent me and the return address I sent it to. I sent them the case number and the address I sent it to and they responded saying I would be charged 20% fee for not having an ***. I dont think this is acceptable as they have their tree back in new condition and that they mislead me with the case number.

            We ordered a tree with a tree topper socket as per the online description. The tree we received has no such socket. Emailed CS and was told this tree doesnt have the socket even though it states it does in the description. This is a plain bait and switch. We want to warn others of this companys deceptive policies.
