    I reached out to *************************** via email on 6/22/23 and 7/31/23 to cancel my Cadillac Lyric $100 refundable reservation deposit (Reservation ******). Although I received a response to both emails indicating my refund request was submitted, I have not received the refund as of 10/7/23.

    The service I received after my car was repaired was an embarrassment and very dishonest. First of all, I received an quote for $722 (this includes tax) for a repair non-related to the engine. As I was attempting to pay the invoice, I pulled out a $50 off coupon so the lady at the desk spoke with **** who is the representative in the service department about the coupon and **** says Ive already applied a discount which was not true but never the less he adjusted the ****. When the lady came back with the invoice, **** had added a bunch of different items to increase the cost of the overall job. At this point the invoice stated $699.89. So I immediately asked for a manager to correct my invoice and to complain about Jacks dishonest behavior and customer service etiquettes. ****** the manager of the service department assess the problem and agrees that this should not have happened and proceeds to correct my ****. After a few minutes in the back , ****** approaches me and says that he has doubled my coupon due to the circumstances. I graciously thanked him before looking at the invoice only to notice that the payment now is $647. This is still not the correct amount and now Im furious. Then ****** says, well I did you a favor already. As if I needed any favors and I quickly corrected him and stated their incompetency is the reason for the additional $50 off which actually when you do the math was $75 off instead. So now we have an integrity issue along with poor service.. So the next thing ****** says is, what do you want me to do? And I yell give me the correct amount !!! My original amount is $722 so subtract $100 and you get $622 simple as that!! But at this point, their reaction is as if In the wrong and what I was asking for was a big ordeal and or as if I want something for Free. This was not the case and anyone who can do simple math can add the total easily. The next day I spoke to the ** who was very calm and listened to me in agreement about everything and even said that **** was focused on making sure I paid close to the quote amount no matter what.. I immediately said that was dishonest and she agreed and said that she will discipline **** because that shouldve never happened.
