            My Porsche Connect doesnt work since I got the car(early Nov). *** told my SA about issue on day 1. The ************************ kept telling me to wait while his investigating. I have to ask for updates frequently until he told me to set it up at their service department. (I have no idea what hes been investigating on if eventually I need to go to service department.) I then need send my car to the service department for a day but the issue is still not solved. They asked me to bring my car back and will follow up with me. But no follow up until I text them again. Here again theyre asking me to wait without any ETA provided. And told me to call 800porsche on my own if I have other questions. Ive never get the sense that theyre proactively solving the issue for me. And also Ive paid for Porsche connect service when I bought the car and they failed to provide the service for more than 2 months since I bought the car.

            This dealership is run a very sales forward, profit only company culture. We purchased a vehicle from them which turned out to be a major lemon and had a multitude of issues. Most importantly a major water leak that caused water to go all throughout the vehicle. After bringing the vehicle in twice for this issue we still have minor leaks when it rains and the dealership does not seem to want to help us resolve our issues. The vehicle they sold us was not properly cared for by the dealership or previous owner which has caused many of these leaking, electrical etc. issues. After speaking to many people at the dealership including the General Manager they seem be set on giving us the run around and no one seems to take any fault or apologize for selling us a defective vehicle.
