The worse maintenance service ever. ****************, if you are not able to do it right, please do not keep calling your customer.I have receieved several call from *** fremont regarding the maintenance and I finally book it. When I walk in, ******* told me that there was no record for my appointment and I had to show the confirmation email to prove. At that time, I am fine to come back later, but ******* check with another senior and ask if they can take my car. The senior said "Yes", and I have wait there for "53 min" and checked twice with their service desk. They all keep saying that I dont have your appointment in the system.It's not my problem if you dont have my appointment in your system. I show the confirmation email, your senior level decided to take my car, and you ask me to wait for "53 min"? I don't understand how hard it is to take care the appointment.Review from Ning S

I will never ever buy any car from this dealership. This is the first time I bought car from dealership. When I bought the *** car from them, the guy who help me do the finiance told me to buy a maintaine package and assured me that all the *** recommened service is covered. I thought I can trust him and this dealership. So i paid it. Until recent, my car needs a brake pad service, they tell me it is not covered. Only oil change and air filter are covered by this stupid package. I think I will never come back to this dealship to buy any car in the future. Any one read this review, please don't trust what they promised orally. Please make sure you check all the paper work.
