I dont even know where to begin this people are a scam They charged me to push two buttons in my oven and said it has to be only rebooted. He took some times to look around my house then he ask if you can go to the bathroom.Then He told me he needs to step outside and ask his boss how much to charge me. Thats when I got a little suspicious They end up charging me $149 They also said their credit card is not working if I can pay cash or check I end up paying all of the cash I had in my house. After he left oven did not work properly still wasnt keeping the proper temperature. My baking was ruined that day. I messaged him several times about my oven not working he said he will get back to me soon as he hears back from technical support By the everything he never called me or messaged me When I messaged him three or four times during the day no respond. But then when I said I want my money to be refunded By text I get a phone call back immediately. These people are absolutely scam I went back and looked at my camera to see what was the conversation about the charging process. The technician said to whoever he was on the phone with (we can make a lot of money just tell me how much to charge her) I do not want to work with them and will not recommend this company to no one. But I will make sure to get my money back from these scammers.
