I went to get my 2011 kia Sorento fix with AAA Auto service with mechanic ***** ******* for transmission and ac that needed to be fix which he didn't fix the problem and didn't even work on the Ac which I found out by other different shops,mechanic etc. So at first he started telling us that he can get it fix and it would take him 2 weeks to get it done so we left him the car so he can get it started. 2weeks pass by and Mr.***** ******* started saying that he's going to order another transmission because it didn't work the previous that he bought that didn't work so he got another one because he still had warranty on the transmission then Mr.Saucedo said that transmission didn't work either after that he started with a bunch of excuses like that my kia would be ready by this week and week after week Mr.Saucedo keep coming out with more excuses then after 2month he said our kia was fix and ready to pick it up so when we pick it up 2 days later it was leaking oil so we took it back he said it just needed a new part that connects with the transmission and he would fix it right away and takes about 2 days then he call us saying it's not leaking no more to pick up the kia but a couple of weeks later the transmission started failing and we decided enough is enough and we took it to get check somewhere else like 2 places just to make sure this other 2 shops are telling us the same thing about the problem with our kia Sorento and those both different mechanic shops told us that Mr.***** ******* never touch the AC that we pay to get it fix also, that Mr.***** ******* never work on it.Now we know that he's excuses we're all lies! Mr.***** ******* is a fraud. Now me and my wife decide to call and txt Mr.Saucedo about the transmission failure and that we also knew that he never work on the ac that we pay for also to get it fix which he never did work on the ac. So we decided to let em knw that if he doesn't refund our money back we're taking him to court etc.I have proof etc
