We have been having a multitude of serious issues with Ridgemar Apartment complex off of ******************* in *******, ** for over a year, which include Failure to keep up with maintenance orders, lying about them being done and neglecting the severity of things that need fixing.AC/Heater not working properly for multiple weeks with no resolution Unwillingness to communicate on every level (phone, email, In office)Continuously increasing rates, when apartment complex needs a lot of issues resolved (animal feces, loitering, dumpster diving, no surveillance or security)Laundry rooms - most of the washers/dryers going out of order and not being repaired Patio inaccessible (over 2 weeks and counting)Water constantly being shut for hours at a time, without proper communication when its off and back on Adding fraudulent fees, promising to correct credit, lying about applying credit and unwilling to cooperate with providing itemized statement when asked for it.This is our second year leasing and second time they fail to comply to process the lease for us to sign, resulting in additional charges when have been adamant about getting it processed.The apartment complex office team does not take responsibility for all of the above including our old patio fence being broken, leading to our dog getting lost twice even though we have communicated with them on all of these matters. We have called, emailed and visited the office to report each concern we have ever had and the office stating there has never been notes or communication for anything we have reported, when we have proof of our side of communication.My partner doesn't feel safe living here and we need help getting this resolved and moving to a different place.
