I hired Oil City Signs to fabricate signs for the first time. Their communication started of great, very responsive and good customer service. They required deposit and balance due a completion (before we could pick up signs). I had requested photos of the signs before they wrapped them to make sure they met standards. They completely forgot to take photos of the signs and assured me the signs were of great quality. Once they were at my installers shop I received photos from show broken faces, broken trim cap and the letters with black lighting spots. They did not provide all the proper electrical components. Oil City blamed the signs getting damaged from transit. Keep in mind my installers shop was a couple miles from them. I did appreciate they accepting they needed to add more LED's. After back and for for sometime they fixed the lighting. Flash forward my installers installed and found that the power supply's they provided were not strong enough for all the additional LED they added. I requested replacement Power supply's from ******** and this was their response."Unfortunately we will not be proceeding with this further. The transformers provided will work as those are the ones we have provided and that were paid for in the invoice. At this point in time we are not making any more adjustments"Never again will I use Oil City. I spent so much time and energy and money to fix all of their problems. They provided poor quality and at the end did not take responsibility for the fabrication errors.

Thank you for your review. However, I would like to clarify some facts:We were given an address for delivery, but no one was available to accept the items on the original date. Despite using our time and fuel to make the delivery, we were unable to complete it. When we tried to contact you to arrange a new drop-off location, we were redirected to your installer, who informed us that he did not need the items for another month.During this time, we attempted to reach ********* but received no response. We informed her that we did not have space to store the items and that a storage fee would apply if pickup arrangements were not made. It took a month for ********* to respond, providing details that her installer would arrange for pickup. When her installer arrived with two small vehicles to collect three sets of channel letters, they did not mention any damage at that time. The damage claim only came after they transported and unloaded the letters at their shop, despite the improper transportation.When ********* raised concerns and placed blame on ********, we promptly fixed the issues to ****** a positive relationship, as this was our first time working with her. We sent her both lit and unlit pictures of the signs, and she expressed satisfaction but requested additional LEDs to prevent potential hot spots. We complied without hesitation or additional charges and sent updated photos before delivering the signs ourselves.We provided the correct number of transformers needed for the additional LEDs at no extra cost. In the end, we waived the storage fee to show our commitment to maintaining a good relationship. However, when ********* requested that Oil City pay an additional $1,000 for transformers identical to the ones provided, we could not accommodate this request. We felt we had already made significant efforts to satisfy our customer and could not incur further expenses without compromising our own business.We hope this clears up any misunderstandings and appreciate your feedback.
