              In October of 2018 we replaced all of the windows in our home with products from this company. Within the first couple years all of the windows were defective. The seals were visibly falling off and the film used on the panes was starting to oxidize? Making the windows look dirty and cloudy. I contacted them through email and was asked to provide pictures to initiate a service call. I provided pictures and received no reply. I sent several emails to this email and no reply. I have tried several times to call ANY of the phone numbers and have gotten no where. All of the windows purchased from them need replacement and I am out the cost of the windows purchased through them.

              Poor customer service. I am a small renovation contractor. I Purchased a pre hung door from Fancy Doors. Installed the jambs and door stops. Hung the door and realized that the door was warped at least a quarter of an inch. I returned the door to the store and was told by the manager that they would not replace the door or refund my money. I was told to take it back and put weight in the middle and it would eventually flatten out! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I was a 10 year customer there but they lost my business because they would not replace a $90 door. I’m a ****** **** customer now. I would not recommend Fancy Doors to anybody.
