On October 3rd or 4th of last month, I took my car in for an oil change. When my car was returned to me after the oil change. It came back to me with a few issues that were not there prior to the oil change. The flat tire icon came on an there was no flat tire. The bigger issue was a noise from the engine compartment that can be felt on the steering wheel. I am very concerned about this issue as it is the steering which controls the vehicle. I brought the car in to be looked at by the service foreman. He did not perform a visual inspection or even look at the car. He told me he would email the technical department of Honda. It has been over three weeks and not once has he reached out to me yet. I sent an email to the owner of Sherwood Park Honda and Honda Canada one week ago and I am being ignored by the owner of Sherwood Park Honda. Not once has he responded to my email. This has not been the first time I have brought my car in to be looked at for an issue and they have not come close to correcting any mechanical issues. They are neglecting my concerns and I feel very disturbed by this. On three or four occasions, there have been staff that have displayed mistreatment towards me in front of my son. If required, I can provide these details. I have always been kind and courteous towards all staff at this dealership. I am at a loss to understand why they choose to not fully address my concerns and now even ignore my attempts to work with them and the concerns about my car. It seems they were all nice to me when selling me the car and after I bought the car their attitude and treatment has diminished. Please assist me in addressing my concerns. I take exceptional care of my vehicle. It was under their care that the engine noise arose. I emphasize, this engine noise occurred and happened while in their care. And now, they have chosen not to rectify this problem with me in a good way.
