WSW provided BBB with information about their offerings and relationship with their Independent Sales Organizations (“ISOs”). WSW states they are a third party outsource solution for travel fulfillment services. WSW sells custom label travel concierge services and products to dozens of ISOs throughout the United States and Caribbean Basin. Each ISO is solely responsible for the marketing and sale of the branded label travel services and products to market and consumers of their choice.
