    VERY short version. We bought a new rv, with them knowing we were going to pick it up while we were already six hours into a trip. It was absolutely filthy inside. There was sawdust everywhere from the factory. The "walkthrough" was quick, as the man was "missing my lunch." Once on the road, we found the hot water heater was sporadic, the awning lights didn't work, the shower had zero pressure and also leaked, and the hitch was at the wrong height. The table had a chip in it, and we said we wanted a new one. They said they would have to order it. They were "giving away" a new generator with the purchase, which they valued at $1199. (It can be purchased on Amazon for about $450). The one they brought out was all scratched up and clearly used. They then got a little huffy when we said we wanted a new one.On our way home, we stopped in at 9:00 am, after making an appointment, to get the items fixed. Were told it would take around an hour. At three, we finally left. In between, we were given several excuses about what was taking so long, the lights still didn't work, the fix on the shower was messy and amateurish, there was no table, and the man who "fixed" the hitch actually told my wife to "SHUT UP!" after she asked him a question about why it wasn't done right the first time. We also asked several times if we could talk to the owner or manager, and were repeatedly told they were unavailable, and no one could reach them. If there was a zero or negative review, they would get it. We have never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully by any business, ever.
