I have managed Pioneer ************************ for over 15 years which is currently Pioneer ************************ so not sure what the formally comment is about. I have an email address that is on every document that is sent out to all homeowners which they can contact me at. They were told by my employee to email their concerns to me (*************************) and they provided him with my email address a month prior to getting a lien placed on the property and I never received an email. I have spoken with them personally on multiple occasions, over the years I am available.
They did have a camper trailer that was in the side yard not enclosed behind a fence as per the CCR's for several year since 2018 they have had multiple warnings and violations on this camper trailer and have made promise of moving etc. to avoid violations that they never held up to. The violations are sent out as per Idaho Law Certified mail and they have 30 days to dispute with the ***** of ********* which they never did. We place liens on properties with outstanding balances. We sent out monthly notices from January 15th to May 15th of this year to pay their outstanding balance prior to the lien being placed.
They are speaking completely out of place Ex-cell Property Mangement gets paid a monthly management fee and our job is to enforce the CCR's as instructed by the ***** of *********, and we do not receive any payment from fines issued on violations. This money goes into the ***************** account.
They were violated for not abiding by the rules of their Association which they are well aware of when purchasing a home in the neighborhood. I am not the one that blatantly disobeyed the rules of the Association. I feel like this review should be removed for defamation of character due to the facts not being presented correctly by them.
