My mother-in-law is being cared for in home by this company. One of her nurses came to the home "sick" and more than likely has COVID. She "forgot" her mask and told my mother-in-law and brother-in-law that she doesn't believe in the "plandemic." She has now risked the health of my mother-in-law who is extremely compromised. It's sickening that a health care worker wouldn't take BASIC pre-cautions to protect their patient. I'd advise coming no where near this company if you care about your loved one. This is the ********** locations fault. ZERO STAR RATING

Hi ******,We take all complaints very serious, especially health related issues during this time of pandemic difficulty. We as an Agency, provide proper training to ALL of our employees as well as mandatory gear (such as masks, gloves, etc) and have PPE gear available for any situation. The difficulty is without a federal mandate and ***** not requiring masks, we cannot legally require our ***** staff to wear masks, unless the Client Requests it. In regards to the client, if you would like to give us a call ************ and let us know who it is that you are concerned about, then we can contact the client ourselves and take proper measures to get a different caregiver to provide their services. Also, in regards to your complaint, we only have 2 Office Nurses that go out to clients homes for quarterly visits and both are vaccinated, wear masks and neither are sick. So I am thinking you meant the term "Caregiver", not Nurse. Either way, we thank you for bringing your concern to our attention, we just want to make sure that all of our facts (and yours) are correct and that we are indeed the company that is providing care for you in-law.Again, if you would like to call us and talk about your concern, please feel free to call me at any of our listed numbers.
