    Services were rendered in November of 2021. Before scheduling the initial consultation the clinic explained to me that I would pay out of pocket, then they would **** my insurance. Once the insurance company is billed they then reimburse the client for the out of pocket amount minus any co-pays, etc. I reached out about a month later in December to follow up on the status. They told me it was still pending and would take a bit more time. This initiated an exchange of over 50 email for the next 6 months. They consistently told me the necessary information had been sent to their third party billing team and I would need to continue to wait. I had asked multiple times if they or myself could contact the billing team, upon which I was told that was not a possibility. I had spoken with at least five different employees about the situation still resulting in no resolution. One employee who I spoke with on multiple occasions told me there was no way to help because it was being handled by her co-worker, who happened to be consistently out of the office and not assisting in any way when she was in the office. Once I became adamant about someone taking the initiative to resolve this they forwarded my email to the billing team and cc'd me in the response. This was the same billing team they initially said I could not speak with. The third party billing company reached out to me immediately for further explanation. Immediately following, they agreed to issue a reimbursement check in the amount owed. Since then I I have not received any correspondence from the clinic. Although the billing team has issued a check I'm still not sure what my insurance is covering, I have received no documentation, and I'm not sure of the status of my account. These are all items that the clinic is solely responsible for. Now, 8 months after service rendered they've conveyed no information whatsoever and have consistently provide in my estimation the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
