One issue was particularly unexpected an electrical line to the jet tub that could not be viewed until the tub was removed turned out to be too short for the installation to be completed something we were supposed to have resolved ourselves but couldnt have known. ****** from ReBath instantly got on the phone searching for and finding in record time an electrician who came out almost immediately and fixed the line without delay, saving our schedule. Our installer, ***, was the consummate professional, quietly going about his business, explaining everything to us as he went and creating a simply beautiful product. *********************** was also the consummate professional, explaining the project in great detail, with unlimited patience, humor, integrity, and his wonderful personality. We absolutely love ReBaths product and work. The uninterrupted smooth single-piece panels are simply beautiful. Although I was doubtful of the corner-ledge seat and corner shelves from the drawings, they are extremely solid and functional. The floor of the shower slopes down from all angles to the drain and the texture is absolutely anti-slip. The fixtures are high-quality **** and we have three heads that can be used together or separately.
