    Stayed at the Travelodge in Livingston MT on August 19th. The room was so dirty, our mattress was on the floor, no bedframe or box spring. We ended up bringing in our own blankets and pillow because all we had was a white sheet. We checked out on Sunday August 20th, with a room charge of $183 (which for the dirtiness of the room, this was way over priced) Monday morning I had 2 additional $150 charges to my debit card, when I called they first couldn't tell me what the charges were for, they said they'd call me back and they never did so i called back Tuesday and was told that i was being charged for a missing brown blanket and the second charge was an accidental charge for the same blanket and it would be refunded. I told them we did not have a brown blanket in our room and we couldn't of taken it because we didn't have one in the first place. They told me they couldn't do anything and to email their accounting, I sent an email and they never responded. I then contacted the Travelodge customer care and they gave me a reference number and said the hotel is privately owned and you need to contact them. I talked to them again and they keep telling me it was for a missing brown blanket so again i told them we did not take one, and that we didn't even have one in our room. I have stated that i want my money back and no one will listen or help me. We did not take a blanket from the motel. They have additionally charged my debit card 2 more times both for $150 and have refunded it, but i am still out the $150 for something we didn't take. I have had to close my debit card due to the withdrawals they kept taking out of my account and they would tell me they don't know what those charges are for. They will not resolve my issue.

    Do not patronize the Travelodge by Wyndham in Livingston, MT. I stayed the night of August 4, 2022 and physically checked out with a hotel desk clerk on the morning of August 5, 2022, telling her I was ending my stay. The Travelodge has proceeded to charge me for the nights of August 5 and 6 when I did not stay there. (Those were the dates of my original reservation but there was no penalty for staying a few number of days.) Moreover, I stayed at the Best Western in nearby *******, ** for the nights of August 5 and 6, proving I could not be in two places at once. **************** has attempted to resolve this but has been unsuccessful with the Travelodge management.
