              I am not the person listed but live where this person has. Please remove this name ********************* form your list of marketing. I have tried several times, this person no longer lives at this address. I am not sure how else to get this mail coming from my house. I have told the post office to stop several times, I have called AAA several times, stating there is no one at this address with this name anymore and I keep getting them. It is marketing only, so this person is not a member. PLEASE STOP SENDING MAIL FOR THIS PERSON TO THE ADDRESS LISTED! It is not a good look on your company to keep sending mail for people and not have a valid opt-out system on line. It shows one, but shows as no longer available. This can be considered harassment. I seen other complaints with the same issue and was resolved with someone confirming with their documents team and a Do Not Solicit. Please add this name and this address. Thank you.

              I would avoid ******** like the plague. My uncle left me a very small policy to help with his funeral costs and AAA is not going to pay it out. There is no estate but they insist on writing the check to his estate so that I have to pay $10,000 to cash a $5,000 check. Per their own customer service my uncle tried to list me as the beneficiary on the account as I was his only heir. His attempts to list me as the beneficiary are noted on his account and they admit to it. They just refuse to write the check to me. The man paid them $50 a month for $10 years so he could pay for his own coffin and they stole his money. I would go with a real life insurance company as their professionalism isn't even on the charts. I wish I could bring their rating down but it's already a 1. Wish i could leave a 0. I am going to cancel my Roadside and be done with AAA forever. I hope this review reaches someone and they choose to go elsewhere.
