I've been trying for 6 months now to get them to come out and give me an estimate for windows. They informed me that I needed to take pictures of my house and send them to them and I done just that. They have done 2 houses for me previously and the workers were courteous but the owner Todd **** this time was anything but. One house they done for me had 2 windows more and the other had 3 windows more. Their price was more than twice what it was on either one of the other houses. Finally Todd **** gets on the phone and is overly obnoxious and informs me that the price is 10k for 8 windows and it was going up 35% the first of the year. Hmmm I believe their advertisements say 10 windows for 4K . At this point with a smart *** tone he tells me I'll still be here in 10 years and hangs up the phone on me. NOT MUCH OF A BUSINESS MAN. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Never again will I recommend this company.

First and foremost, we tried every avenue to help assist Mr. ******** but he was not interested in what we had to offer. He first contacted us on September 2, 2021. We replied that same day asking for photos of the exterior of his home so we could give him a virtual quote before having the owner call him to discuss a time to go out and meet. We did not receive photos from Mr. ******* until September 29, 2021. We sent him a quote the same day we received his photos, to which he began to insult us in telling us "You have lost your minds" as a response to our quote. We also went on to explain that we had no record of EVER having done business with him before. He said the price blew him away, so the owner attempted to follow up with him the following day to discuss his quote. When we did not hear from him for an extended period, we assumed he was not interested in doing business with us. When he called Friday, November 5th we attempted to discuss the issues with him further and he continued to complain instead of working toward a resolution to getting his order placed. He kept stating repeatedly how much he refers people to our business, and we replied how much we appreciated that. When he did not get a cheaper price from us, he then began threatening to tell people not to use us which is when we decided enough was enough and this would not be a productive business venture for either party. We do not wish to do business with Mr. ******* as his lies do not sit well with us. The fact that someone who is not even our customer can come on our BBB page and make such a terrible review is unfortunate. We wish him the best in his project and hope he finds the help he is searching for.
