            No customer service. Had my service for 2.5 years with no problems. Have been having extra trash lately due to grown kids and grandchildren moving in. Instead of Clean sweep calling me to talk to me they just picked up half of my trash. I called and was advised of their maximum I agreed and was not rude....she advised me of where I could take my excess trash and I said ok thank you...
            For 2.5 years they have NEVER picked up my trash before noon but I guess as retaliation they decided to pick up trash at 8am as I was gather my trash to get it to the street and Driver looked over and smirked at me as he drove by.... Very unprofessional!!! I have not complained that their trash truck leaks garbage at every stop and it stinks in front of my house every time they pick up my trash for days afterward.. or that he ran over a sign I had in my yard... Simple solution would have been for them to call me and professionally let me know I had too much trash and that they would have to charge me more per month which I would not have had a problem with. Sometimes life happens and they should have called me if there was a problem. We are an older couple and customer service and communication are key.
