            Bought a used 2020 Rav 4 with ***** miles on it...It has been driven **** miles...Took it to the dealership because of a dead battery issue..was told it was a sensor, and had it repaired...Drove it home tried to crank it the next day , same problem occured..It came with a 90 day warranty. Purchased the car on August *******. Warranty will be void November 12, 2023...we have been trying to get a response from the dealership and cannot....This vehicle was sold to me as a pre-owned certified checked auto...

            Toyota of Longview still has not sent us the $1950.00 they owe us when we cancelled our extended Warranty. They have given us the runaround for over nine weeks now. They kept passing the buck and then gave us a date to pick up the money but once we got there, they told us we still have to wait. This has put a strain on our finances and has caused us great stress. Dont buy from them, they dont honor their word.
