    The service department at Tower Honda in Longview is so bad , that I would never buy a new car there again, even if they offered a really good deal on it. Reliable service is very important to me, after spending almost ****** on a new car. They seemingly hate to answer in the service department, and rarely keep promises to have the right person to return your call. It took me a whole week, calling daily, and finally asking to speak to the service ***** manager, to finally speak with *******, who told me she was assistant manager. She made promises to get me in for diagnostics on my car that she didnt keep. After leaving it there the day I was told theyd diagnose it, they didnt touch it for two days, and even then didnt call me to tell me what was the problem. I had finally called them instead. After finding out that they had the part in, I was still told it would be the next week before I could expect it to be ready, and that was (IF) they could get to it that day to start on it. This made it the beginning of the third week, after I first called trying to get an appointment, and never getting return calls back. I was very skeptical about it being ready, even then. This journey with them began on May 2, 2022, the first week of the mont, and continued into the third week of it. Im not seeking any money or anything else from this business. Im merely warning people about the horrible service **** there. Ive heard others say the same.

    I sincerely apologize for your bad experience in our service department. I will not try to offer any excuses, in the very least you should be told exactly what's going on with your vehicle daily. I will use your review as a training opportunity to teach my staff that this is not who we are or what we want for our clients. In the future please reach out to me directly with any issues, or come see me in the showroom, I sit right by the front door. Again I apologize.

    dont know your name to ask to speak with you. I DID ask to speak with the manager in the service **** TWICE. After several tries, ******* answered and said she was the assistant manager. My first Honda was from your dealership. It was a 2017 CRV touring suv. The navigational system gave me fits. I had no luck with the service **** there. It wasnt a good experience at all. I decided to trade that one in and get another CRV. I came there looking, but remembered the experience with the service **** , and went to ****** to buy my 2018 touring. Now I had problems with the steering on it. I couldnt go to ****** because of COVID. I came to Tower, thinking it might have new people in the service **** , and Id get good service this time. NOPE! Same run around. No call backs. Left on hold when I called, and finally had to hang up and recall later, after being told ******* was there and available, but not answering, seemingly forever. No report on whats going on with my car, unless I call them, and go through that hassle. Excuses for delays are the same as before. I appreciate the apology, but am skeptical about any change from the status quo in the service department there. Sadly, I see other complaints, pretty much the same as mine. Its costing you sales, whether you believe that or not. I know it is. Im one of a few I know about.
