I have purchased 3 Dimension One Hot Tubs in the last 20 years, the last 2 From Recreation Warehouse and Recreation Warehouse has serviced them all also. The newest purchase was in 2021 and I have enjoyed the Hot Tubs I have at both of my Houses. Their staff has always been helpful and did a great job getting my hot tubs installed and serviced as needed.I am disabled with steel rods and bone grafts in my back and the Hot Tubs help with the pain and discomfort of my spinal injury. They have really helped the last 20 years.I returned from a trip to find an error code on my Dimension One Chairman at my **************** Home. I called a saved number in my phone for their company in my phone which happened to be a technician that has helped me in the past. Since I was on the phone, he volunteered to help me troubleshoot and we easily figured out that the circulating pump had failed. He took my name and number and said he would have to check the schedule at the office.I did not hear from anyone for a few days, so I called the office. A lady answered and seemed to be having a bad day. When I told her the tech had helped me figure out the problem, she got mad. "I will have to talk to them about that." I responded that he was helpful, and we know what the problem is now so could I have it fixed? She continued to be upset, "How did you get that number?" I told her I had saved it in the past from a service call. I asked her why she was getting upset about someone helping me and she said, " You are not a nice person." I told her I am just a customer wanting help. I asked her to have someone else call me since she would not help **** have also sent emails to the company but still no response and no relief for my chronic back pain. I just want them to provide the service on the tubs they sold me. I am sorry the lady misunderstood my inquiry and hope the company responds with the needed service.
