I placed an order on /10/24 qn paid in full with my credit card. After inquiring about their present promotion I was told by the clerk who took the order that as not entitled to it because my items were back ordered. I paid over the amount required to qualify for the promotional item. I asked who caused the problem because I certainly am not in charge of their inventory She said that is their policy. I spoke to someone in customer service. She told me the same,Today I called and spoke to a supervisor who told me the same thing. There was no such language in any of the info about this in the catalog anywhere. I told the supervisor t tell the "higher **** o at least make it a part of their information!!I doubt I will ever order from them again.************** 8/13/24Review from Kathleen B

7-19-2024 I was making a return online. I was interrupted & when I returned to complete the return I could not proceed to the next screen. I sent a message through the online chat. The chat person told me to try clearing the ? **************** I replied that I dont know how to do this. The chat person said they would send me a form to complete to get to someone who can help me. And there would be a $1.00 charge. The form popped up on the left side of the screen. I completed the ********* credit card info. Then I had a phone conversation with JustAnswers.Just Answers told me they dont work with woman within & would refund the $55.00 charge! And they would cancel the monthly recurring $55.00 charge!!I have had multiple ************** with Woman Within attempting to file a complaint.They have been unresponsive. Promised to call me back..no call.The worst customer service I have ever experienced.Review from Sherry C

I am beyond angry at this company!!!! I ordered 3 items back on June 7th. I am still waiting for an item that they claim was backordered but didn't let me know this until I emailed them several times asking where my items were. I think their customer service is lacking as well!!!!!!! I have already expressed to them via email that I will not be ordering from them again and I just wanted to warn others.Review from Susan E

This company used to be good. I recently purchased a bra on sale that didnt fit. The shipping cost was high: half the cost of the bra, but it still could have been a decent deal. I called the company for return instructions for a refund and was given 2 options: their special method (expensive and complicated) or regular mail. I chose regular mail which cost me even more than the original shipping, but at least I could get my bra $ back. The shipment got lost for awhile but finally made it to woman within in 4 weeks. I called them to explain the delay and insure I was within return /refund timing. I talked to initial receptionist who informed me I was not eligible for a refund due to type of sale, despite my explanation of never having this defined during the ordering or return process. He was polite but not helpful. I pushed for a supervisor who was more rigid as well as rude and condescending and would make No effort to meet me halfway as an exception due to all of the extenuating circumstances of the sale and of my genuine misunderstanding due to the vagueness of their type of sale, them having the item back etcno possible credit?, etc. So I remained n out $15 for the bra, $18 for shipping and have nothing. It doesnt sound like a lot of $ but it is for some of us, and it is the principle as well. I will Never deal with this company again and I want others to watch out for them.Review from Delores H

I received an email from Woman Within with 2 coupons I could use at the same time.I tried to place my order and they wouldnt take my coupon codes.I called them and they said they were expired.I have an email that states different.They wouldnt compensate me for not being able to use coupon codes and I was on the phone with 2 different representatives for over an hour.JUST AN FYI..BE CAREFUL BELIEVING EMAILS THEY SEND TO YOU!!Review from Lori B

People do not purchase from this company. They have horrible customer service. I purchased items on 6/9/24 and realized on 6/15/24 that my delivery address did not save. I caught it before it was officially in route and they could have rerouted it. Did they help me? NO! Did I call from 6/15/24 and talk to customer service? YES! Are they located in the ***? NO! Can you actually speak to someone that can help? NO! Can you get a corporate number? NO! Every number goes back to the call center located in what ever country they are located. Was I hung up on? Yes, multiple times!! Since they could not reroute my package, they told me to call them once it shows it was delivered and I could request a refund. So, I did that. They told me I would have to call ***** and have it picked back up, wait on it to be sent to the distribution center and hope they give me a refund. I spoke with ***** prior to the delivery and they told me that Woman Within could send what is called a ********** to them and they could have rerouted the delivery. I am so mad! I will never purchase another scrap of anything from this horrible company. BUYER BEWARE!Review from Ann W

I accidentally ordered a skirt and top at 2 am EST when my phone page jumped and made me hit submit when I was trying to put in a discount code. I called first thing the next day and talked with customer service. They assured me that the order was cancelled. About a month later the order came and I was charged on my card. I proceed to talk to customer service again and they sent me a return label. When they refunded they not only charged me $14.99 return cost but another $10.99 service fee (none of which was stated by them). I then proceed to call again and they assured me they would refund the service fee. They never did. Worst company ever any more. I am done with them. They lie to you and never do what they say. Don't fall for their free shipping. It's a bait and switch scheme.Woman Within. I ordered several items with the promise of free shipping. What i got was a form to have to fill out with their "member rewards" ************ is worthless and does not do what is promised. I finally recieved correspondence from theirs rewards crappy service a few days before their plan to charge monthly fees. I paid over $17 for the shipping. Essentially, for all of my efforts I would not even be getting my free shipping. Their statement after you wait nearly a month is that they pay as much as up to $10 for shipping costs. And, they want to charge my account over $16. What poor business service! Therefore, I get no refund before I would have to pay +$16 to get $10 return for my "free shipping". Also, they then require that you send the receipt from your purchase! This service practice all goes against our country's "Bait and Switch Laws". How shameful of this company who attempts to ignor laws and good business practice! It's a waste of time and energy and it will cost you! When I asked the representative why she would work for such a shamefully practicing service she responded, "It pays the bills". Apparently she has no self respect. Heed my advice, don't get trapped by their illegal practices and lack of service.
