My vehicle broke down on Tuesday night 1/11/2022. It was towed to ************************ in ******* **. My vehicle is a 2020 Chevrolet Colorado. After a diagnostic was run I was told that an inspector from the extended warranty..Chevrolet (GM Protection) would need to look at the truck to approve the repairs. The inspector looked at the truck Tuesday 1/18. Today is Thursday 1/20 and there is still no word. I spoke to the extended Warranty people on Thursday 1/19. I was told they had the inspectors report and the repair would be covered they were just figuring out if it would be the factory or extended warranty covering the repair. They did say it was the high pressure fuel pump that failed and caused the damage. They also said they were calling the dealership after we got off the phone. I received a call from the dealership today 1/20 saying they had not heard from the extended warranty people and that they had sent an estimate to them. I called Chevrolet protection and they said they don't call dealerships the dealership has to call them. Lots of back and forth and finger pointing with no action. I have been without my vehicle 8 days and counting with no end in site. I need help getting this resolved.
