      Do not do business with this company. I went in to buy a bedroom set .it got delivered on Jan 20, 2023, with 2 of the dressor drawers needing repair the very first day. I called to let them know what was wrong so it can be taken care of. Right away the young lady who answered didn't listen when I told her what was wrong. I only needed 2 (two) screws. She insisted that they had to order a whole new dressor drawer and it would be fixed. Well it took 2 months for that to happen after I had been calling every week to see what was happening and when it did the drawers came with no hardware It only need screws.The manager was a black guy who was very unprofessional he didn't have time to speak about it at first he talked over me and said someone will call me to get it fixed ..NO call ever came and its still not fixed. They are the WORST. I will be reporting to BBB as well.

      ********************* did call with an issue with her dresser drawer glides on initial delivery. We contacted the manufacturer with the information of the issue as they make the service decisions due to the manufacture warranty, they sent new dresser drawers to rectify the issue. We are not in control of part production time unfortunately that is out of our hands. Once the drawers came in, we set up for our delivery drivers to go out as soon as possible. When that didn't solve the problem, we scheduled for a service technician to go out and inspect and repair. She then became verbally abusive with our staff and manager, she then hung up on the manager. Shortly after that the customers daughter called and we discussed the situation with her. She said due to her mother's behavior and it being 1 s**** we thought was needed that her husband would handle it and to cancel the service call. She wanted all contact to be made through her and to replace her mothers contact information with hers. We did cancel the service that was setup at her daughters request. Customer may want to contact her daughter. We have tried to rectify the issue. We have been in our currently location for 11 years, we are here to take care of our customers needs and want them to be satisfied, happy repeat customers. We treat our customers with the utmost respect. We have done everything at our disposal with authorization from the manufacture, we are still willing to send a service technician but would need communication from the customers daughter as ********************* has been hot tempered and disrespectful during majority of our communications and we are not here to be treated in such manner.

      This company is very unprofessional and rude. I spoke to a suppose to be Manager name is **** and he is very very rude. I went to get my layaway out and they told me the my items isn't there and I had to wait a week to get my purchase so I asked ***************** so he know if it will be available before Christmas and he said yes if I came in by Wednesday so I came into the store and cashed out 12/7 and I then on today 12/14 I called and spoke with the owner name ***** and informed him what I experienced and his reply was what do I want him to do **** has been working with him since **** he isn't going to fire him I didn't ask him to fire the man but some sympathy and compassion I am a paying customer that has been dealing with this business every since I was a kid and I am 45 years old

      Beware, this is a company that refuses to refund your money, they only want to give store credit. I have tried multiple times to get my money back for a purchase on my debit card and they will not return my money. The merchandise had not been delivered, cancelled the order before delivery. Robinson Furniture makes lots of revenue in the black community. No where in writing or the website does it state you cannot get a refund only that the refund will be thru the corporate office. I believe this is bad business. SS

      the order in question was not a online purchase so our website terms/conditions do not apply to in store purchases. If you read the back of your physical pink receipt you were given at your time of purchase in store it does state that there is a 25% restocking fee on orders not taken/delivered. Cancelation of this order was requested as your new place of living was not available any longer. You were given the option to change your order to pieces you could use or if you did not want to reselect that we would hold your order for you until you found new housing and wouldn't pay any additional fees or percentages. There are fees for cancelation of goods/services.
