      I traded in my 2016 GMC ****** with ****** miles for a 2021 GMC Yukon with ****** miles. *** Yukon was advertised as a GM *** warranty and inspection with ****** miles. I asked if it was truly under *** and the sales man said yes. However they still have not provided any proof of *** coverage for this *****, weeks later. I contacted *************** No ***. *** *** form they attached to the Deal paper work prior to signing was blank, salesman stated they are waiting for GM. Now that I purchased the ***** (No issues or problems) But the dealership does not answer any questions or call me back at all. I do not see why there is an A+ rating for this place. I am still waiting for someone to contact me about this issue.

      ***IF YOUR LOOKING TO SEE IF YOU SHOULD TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE THIS IS YOUR SIGN NOT TO.***I took my vehicle here 4-5 times and paid over $2,600.00 to leave the lot with nothing to show but paperwork. I had a timing chain replaced and kept going back to have the chugging/struggling to accelerate problem fixed. They acted confused as to what driving issue it was having and made me take someone on a test drive to see exactly what the OBVIOUS problem was. I even had the worker ask me what I thought it was.. Like dude that's why the f*** I am here.... They continued to replace one spark plug or coil here and there and I had to continue to bring my vehicle back to them to try to make it worth the money I paid and hopefully to get the original issue I came in with fixed. Not to mention I was driving 40 minutes to and from and of course had to get rides home as they didn't even have a rental to offer me. The last time (and the last time that I will ever go there) they had my car for two weeks and all they did was replace two coils with used coils off someone else's car as a "kind gesture." First, why the h*** do they have coils off someone else's car f they're still good? That says enough for me. It was a joke going back there each time and having to re-explain that I was having the same issue they never f****** fixed. I flat out told them just copy and paste the issue from the previous report whenever I went in there. I also talked with a manager at my last visit and I knew it wouldn't get me anywhere.. The staff is incompetent and too afraid to admit it. Because I am a 24 year old female they TOOK ADVANTAGE of me and tried bullshitting to me until I finally gave up. I already had wasted too much time there, so I did give up. SINCE then, I have taken my car to another mechanic who informed me (what I already knew) that THE DEALERSHIP DIDN'T DO THE *** RIGHT and I am still having timing issues. Talking to the manager got me no where, which I kind of expected.

      Run!!! Please, do not seek, plan or intend to do business with this location- especially if you don't wish to have buyers remorse!! This location engages in very shady, slick practices. If you feel compelled or forced to conduct any business with them due to the current climate of the market be sure to review the **** of Sale BEFORE you even allow them to run your information. Ask them to PRINT IT- they want you to rush over the forms in the finance office, not allowing you to read the forms just point & sign here from the desktop. They are also sliding in a $1200+ fee for "Diamond Fusion" claiming they included an after market (after MSRP fee) product to the windshield. In actuality it's a FORCED 3 yr warranty for windshield repair & replacement. If you are a first time buyer, you are NOT required to pay ANYTHING outside of MSRP besides dealership fees, plate/transfer fee, title fee and applicable taxes. You even have the option to decline the $24 SOS electronic filing fee. At least their competitor, *******, is UP FRONT and has their "Diamond Fusion" fee added in the write up clear as day and in RED all over their website. This experience of purchasing my FIRST brand new car, has me sick to my stomach. I pray I'm never in another vehicle accident leaving me with my hands tied because I NEED a vehicle to care for my children (one of which is SICK and require routine medical care) and have to do business with this location.
