This dealership is dishonest and repeatedly tells lies to mislead the public. They advertised an already pre-sold customer order ****************************, VIN: *****************. When I inquired about it over the course of a week, I was told repeatedly by phone and e-mail that it was available when in fact it was not. Their phone contact people who were completely unaware of the questions I submitted on their website called me several times to arrange in-person appointments to purchase the "available" car. I explained to their teams that I live about 2 hours from them and was unable to visit due being injured in a collision. I also shared that as a disabled veteran who struggles with PTSD, that long commutes were exceedingly difficult. My requests to see dealer photos of the car were ignored, and their advertised sale price was grossly disingenuous listing the ** employee pricing $61,662 versus the substantially higher actual cost which also excluded thousands in additional tax. I also attempted to arrange a local Cadillac dealer swap/purchase with their sales person ******************* and inquired about home delivery options.All the while, this vehicle was never actually available to me and they tried to upsell me into a $114,330 CT5-V Blackwing.
