      Beware of this dealership!!! I would avoid this dealership at all cost. They couldnt pay me to come back! Save your money and heartache; take your business to another dealership and thank me later.The General Sales Manager *** ******** is utterly the most incompetent, rude, dishonest and disrespectful human being. Im not sure whom gave him this position but please reevaluate your highering process to ensure that your managers know how to manage.I have a full recording of my conversation with Mr. *** ********. His behavior was extremely inappropriate, offense and it all reflects in the recording. I have filled a formal complaint with **************; not just about the issue at hand but more importantly about his behavior.

      After 10 years of loyal service to this dealership, I have had a terrible experience in sorting out information for a blown transmission.?? Warning: Frustrating Experience at Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet ??I recently had a frustrating experience with Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet, and I feel compelled to share my story. Heres a breakdown of my encounter:Transmission Issue: The transmission in my 2018 Chevrolet Trax unexpectedly failed in May 2024, just a few months after my purchase in September 2023. This kind of problem is not only inconvenient but also poses safety risks.Ignored Extended Warranty Request: In January 2024, I requested an extended warranty. Unfortunately, my request was completely ignored. Dealerships should take such requests seriously and engage with customers promptly.Lack of Empathy and Communication: The sales team, service advisors, and even the sales manager lacked empathy and understanding. No clear details were provided regarding the denial of my request, and no alternatives were offered. Good customer service requires better communication.Positive Language and Active Listening Missing: Throughout my interactions, positive language and active listening were absent. Effective communication involves both, and their absence left me disappointed.Solution-Oriented Approach Needed: Even if the goodwill repair for the transmission wasnt granted, a solution-oriented approach would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, this was lacking in my experience.In summary, Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet fell short in providing satisfactory customer service. I encourage others to be cautious when dealing with them.

      I would never suggest you buy a used car from *** lunghamer. I purchased a used car from them in November. The salesman outright lied to us. The car was unsafe to drive. He told us that the vehicle had been checked over. Midas wanted **** to repair the vehicle. I got it repaired for ****. I feel I was lied to. They took this car in like this and then resold it, the head person was very rude to me. He never bothered to return my call. I feel this dealership was very unprofessional. I would never buy a car from them never again. The used car dealership was a *****.

      This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I have never gone to a car dealership & had a car salesman or manager absolutely refuse to negotiate any terms or pricing of the vehicle. The salesman was helpful at first, but once we started discussing ************** did not match what I had originally calculated he became quite snippy. The finance representative for the dealership immediately had a distasteful *************** when beginning the finance paperwork. They asked about our lean holder *************** informed them twice who the lean holder was & the ************** asked in a extremely rude tone well can you get it out, completely unaware I had just given the information to them twice. When they went to approve the paperwork through the manager, they informed me that they do not accept wire transfers & I would need to drive two hours back home to get a check from my bank & come back. I woke up that morning at 6am to drive 2 hours to the dealership with my kids. The absolute soonest I could return to sign the paperwork for the car was Saturday, 3 days later. They informed me that even if I paid my $10,000 down payment, they would not hold the car for me for 3 days. They typed up purchase agreement, expected me to get approved for the loan, get the check, & drive back the very next day, all while telling me they couldnt guarantee someone wouldnt come buy it out from under me in the next 24hours. I asked to speak to the manager because I have never had a more difficult or frustrating purchase in my life. The manager came out & began talking down to me, interrupting me as I was talking, stood up & began to walk away as I was talking, & then informed me that they actually do except wire transfers. When I asked for the owners contact information, the salesman walked to the back, called the front desk where the manager was standing who then walked over but stood 15ft away to tell me to call the dealership mainline & ask for ***.
