I went in to purchase a vehicle I told them my budget, I was told that's great I went through all the paperwork even signing my name just to be told at the very end they added 3k to the total monthly cost. I told them there's no way I, a disabled stay at home dad could afford that payment. But they kept talking me into it just because my credit is good and the bank approved it, they said the bank would never let me sign something I couldn't afford, and to add my personal vehicle broke down and they promised me a ride, I had my 3 year old with me and they had me sitting around finaky after 4 hours I asked when are you guys taking me home? Then quick as heck like they had it waiting for me "here after you sign these" so they kept me there for hours with my kid just to get me to sign my name. I was fully prepared to walk home with my stroller but they convinced me not to. Also they sold me a car without any insurance I never got the car but they got there money. Luckily my bank reversed the charge. They are unqualified, liars, and scammers!

Jeffrey Honda quotes me a APR of 5.9.I got my paper work it was ***** APR. It in turn made a ****** SUV into a ****** Truck. This was my first time buying a new vehicle and not paying attention to the the paperwork. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM JEFFREY HONDA. **************, we are very sorry for the way you feel about the purchase of your new Honda. We have tried on two occasions to further discuss your transaction with you. There was never any intention to deceive or mislead you. In an effort to lower your payment as was discussed at closing, the term was extended, your payment was lowered, but unfortunately the subvented rate through Honda was no longer available at 5.9%. Again, we in no way meant to mislead you and felt we were transparent throughout the delivery process. Im sorry that I have to do this but I was sold a car with a bad engine it started with oil constantly going out of car. Now Im told my engine is going and there is nothing they can do. Not even get me in something else. Im just stuck paying on a car thats not working. And they tried to charge me for a new engine.Jeffrey Automotive Group, Inc. Response
