      I have moved several times, but this is the first time that the movers have damaged my belongings with intentional acts. There was some minor accidental damage when moving everything to storage, but the real issue was when everything was picked up at the warehouse and delivered to my new home:1) All of the wardrobe boxes were opened by the driver and the clothes dropped to the end of the wardrobes. Other boxes and loose garage items were packed in on top of the clothes. Suits/dresses/shirts all crushed and dirty, and items in the wrong rooms. 2) All of the plastic wrap on the upholstered furniture was removed at the warehouse before loading so that the delivery driver could "inspect for damage so he wouldn't be blamed" and we ended up with dirt/grease/damage on the furniture. 3) They did not have a full truck available, and so in order to "meet" the promised delivery date they split the shipment. I didn't receive much of what we needed until 3 weeks after we moved in. 4) There were missing boxes that were packed by Corrigan, and documentation that shows they were not received (we checked everything off!). Even so, they refused to compensate me for those items and said I would have to go to mediation if I didn't accept their settlement offer. In the early days, I spoke with the General Manager and was told that they would "look into" the problems and make an allowance for the services that I paid for but didn't receive (Wardrobes, wrapping, etc.) After 4 months, I decided to give up and take payment they offered rather than continue to argue with them - they were happy to just keep stringing me along rather than address the issues.The only thing that went "well" was that they didn't argue about paying for repair of floor and wall damage in my new home. When the best thing you can say about a company is that they were willing to compensate for part of what they damage, it is a sign you should choose a different company.

You were reimbursed for all dry-cleaning costs, as agreed upon during the settlement process. 2.Furniture Damage: All items you submitted on your claim form to have been soiled or damaged were settled and you have received payment in full. If there are specific items that require further attention, please provide us with the necessary details, and we will initiate the resolution process promptly.3.Delayed Delivery: We acknowledge that there was a split shipment due the drivers inability to fit your whole shipment onto his truck. We know this is frustrating and understand the frustration this causes. In lieu of delaying your delivery altogether by rerouting another driver, the decision was made to deliver the vast majority of your goods and send the overflow items separately. 90% of your goods were delivered within your promised delivery window. The items that arrived afterward were a small portion of your shipment, approximately ***** pounds of your full 2***** pound shipment. 4.Missing Items: Our records indicate that only one item was noted as missing, and it was settled in full. If there are additional items that were not accounted for, please provide us with the necessary details so we can investigate further.We value your feedback and want to assure you that we are continuously working to enhance our services. We acknowledge that there were some situations that are not part of the standard of quality service we provide, however, we feel we rectified and have settled each of your concerns in full fairness. All items you claimed were soiled or damaged were approved, we have compensated you for everything you have submitted- and even paid the tax for items being shipped to you as a goodwill gesture. Should you have any additional items that should be considered, we are happy to continue working with you to find a resolution.

      I’d like ton start by saying the gentlemen who moved us were good. Unfortunately they dropped our executive desk removing from the truck. From then on I had to deal with the claims department. Having purchased full replacement cost insurance, it should have been easy. It was nothing but. We purchased our desk in 2018 for $4,000. They looked on Wayfair and would only give us $1,500 for what they thought was a comparable desk. It was not. Then she told me to file a claim with my homeowners insurance in lieu of them paying anything. Do not use this company!

      Awful experience. The truck driver and unloaders did not know protocol of what to do about our 39 missing items. They told us to contact our original region and they would sort it all out. HOWEVER, the settlement department is insisting that since we didn't go thru everything (moved over a 5 bedroom house across country) while the movers were on site and document everything missing, we get NO reimbursement. AWFUL service. They should be telling their drivers what is actually needed. We are out thousands of dollars because of this move with them. They also are not crediting us back any money from loading, unloading, storing for months and transporting our items across the country.
