This is my 3rd set of this brand and type of chain adjusters and the other two work great and installed as they should. This set however does not fit this bike correctly. I went back and forth with them (STG) and sent them photos of my concerns showing them how it did not fit and how the adjusters do not seat into the swingarm of the motorcycle the way it should therefore causing concern for safety. Basically I ask for a return label and refund and then it started.... well we will have to ask the supplier if we can because you used it! Dang right I used it because your website said it fit my bike. Any at the end of the day they said they were not giving me a refund because the supplier said that it fits my bike. I then ask one of the biggest motorcycle parts suppliers in the US why they did not sell these chain adjusters for the 2021+ MT09 SP and they told me Lightech does not make them for that bike! STG can say what they want I am not installing that c*** on my bike because it does not fit properly. And I told them I will eat the $310 but I will let it be known these do not fit properly for these bikes and will file a complaint. Hope its worth losing customers and all the future monies that *** have been spent there.
