    I had already moved the majority of my things and kept a select few for staging for an open house. I **ntacted this **mpany to move the remaining items (all small/light) the next day. I was quoted 1 price on the phone and I thought it was high. They called me back later and said they would lower the price because they had another job in the vicinity of where I was moving the same day. I paid the $100 deposit and set the appt. for early Sun morning. I signed renters at the open house whose ins ** was paying because their house was being repaired. They were going to check with the ins ** to see if the furniture **uld stay. I **ntacted the movers to let them know I might be cancelling and was told (rudely) I needed to decide so that his movers **uld sleep in. I didn't hear from the renters and so cancelled the move. Almost immediately the renters texted me that they didn't need the furniture and I called the **mpany back. They said the other job they had had cancelled so did I want to move it to Mon and I agreed. Mon movers kept calling to say they were running late and didn't arrive until ****pm. They then told me a **mpletely different price than I was told on the phone. Renters were moving in on Thur, didn't have a choice. Movers were slow, and when we got to the new house gave me a final price before moving anything off the truck. I never saw a receipt, was told it would be emailed to me. I didn't know how much I paid till it showed up on my CC statement. Even at the rates they stated, I was overcharged by $156 and disputed the transaction. Owner called/texted me numerous times calling me a scammer and telling me I was ripping them off.

    I agree with **** S below. **** (the owner) is the most arrogant, sarcastic, adversarial person I've ever done business with. The other two gentlemen that he had on the job site with him were wonderful. It was HIS disrespect, disregard and just adolescent behavior that made the experience horrible.

    This person did 3 reviews under different names, same reviews, thats harrashment!!! & our company with look into what the Law has on this matter!! And this person NEVER USED OUR COMPANY! HAVE them show there invoice or proof that they used our company.
