My wife and I were introduced to ***** ********, a 20 year veteran from *******, ** at Rocket Mortgage to provide us with a preapproval letter to buy a condo.***** requested the same basic information that other lenders do to generate those preapproval letters. But, once the info were submitted he bombarded us with questions, emails, etc. to shed some ******** wife and I have W2s, make a comfortable living, have great credit, possess savings and no debt apart from our first mortgage. It took ***** and ***** Fargo less than an hour to provide us with preapproval letters.Meanwhile, ***** kept dodging our calls! I tried calling him three times and my wife twice within that day and could never reach him. He then accused us of calling the wrong number (blame the customer right!) despite calling his correct one and mentioned that he was preparing a fully vetted letter, something I had never asked for and dont even know what it isHis lack of professionalism in his emails were outstanding and of course, he took 0 responsabilities for not doing his job, wasting a full day, and most importantly, not getting us a basic preapproved letter from Rocket Mortgage. I do intend to escalate our exchanges with Rocket Mortgage as this was such a poor example of customer service. I dont believe I have ever been treated that poorly before and its hard to believe that someone who has done his job for 20 years cannot write a preapproval letter

Has my home for four months and rocket sold my mortgage to some third party company that has no brick and mortar office and has 1.3 star review. Every single last review all says the same thing and none of its good. Them mfers wonder why people go **** its because companies have all the rights. Hope they learn the hard way.

Total crooks!!! They lied to us, over charged us, and never did finish the appraisal needed. Kept shuffling us to different people never answering our questions until we finally just went to another mortgage company. Do not trust these people!!!

I did not receive what was initially told to me. When the subject of my lifelong disability was discussed with ******* and whoever else was in the office I was told it wouldn't have a negative impact, boy was I wrong my closing was nothing as ******* explained it would be several thousands short. When I attempted to call him it always went to voicemail. When I texted and sent emails they were also ignored. I work very hard full-time for being 70 yrs old and I don't want to humiliate myself and tell my family who work equally hard.They also referred me to an insurance company for life insurance on my mortgage and that turned out to be different from what the agent sold me. How does $15,000.00 payoff a $120,000.00 mortgage??Rocket didn't wait long to sell my mortgage. Once they put you on hold that's it you're left with crappy music and after 25 minutes you hang up and it won't be different when you call back. I paid my own property taxes even though it's rolled into my monthly house payment and Rocket will not refund the difference same with homeowners insurance. Watch out for ins agent from American -Amicable life insurance company of *****. I don't know if the company knows their agent is fibbing but I can't see how they don't know.When I tried to contact the agent he texted me he would call in 30 minutes that was over 2 days ago. I should have read the customer reviews first they all say the same thing the mortgage company lies and their responses are the same.

Very misleading and have to jump through hoops to Get A Loan Finally get to the part where 2 weeks before closing. Every time it's " I need this or that" or now I needed a co signer for short earned income of 1000. Got the co signer who made enough. Now you tell me at the end my ratio is of by 3% because of her credit score. But was told just needed a 580 and prove of an income of 1000 to get it. Very **** broken mother is sick everyone is packed ??. Seems like the closer I got it was a Obstacle, Then told me my car was one of the reasons I bought earlier this year but ******** Information that I can afford this house. Very disappointed ??

My spouse and I have been attempting to get a Refinance through Rocket mortgage. We originally applied and were approved for a refinance that would help us out tremendously. Our mortgage leader was initially great to work with. However, when they pulled the credit again multiple times just before closing our credit dropped to the point that we no longer qualified. Our mortgage leader reached out and told me to speak to a credit expert that would help me get my credit score back up so that we could qualify again. When I did this, the credit expert ******** ******** told us to pay a significant amount of money and to file disputes about certain accounts to remove my name as an authorized user. I followed her advice and when the credit was run again our score was still below and was in even worse shape because of the denied disputes. Rocket Mortgage continually misled us and kept withdrawing approval and significantly damaged our credit. We would like for an apology as well as compensation for our damaged credit.

Rocket Mortgage (******** *******) in my opinion is the worse agent EVER! Never at one point did she help or make us feel comfortable in our refi attempt. I gather ALL paperwork within 48hrs. I was questioned on my banking, and finances. Never would have questioned if i was white. Then after showing my proof directly from bank, i was still questioned(her words) we want to make sure no one gave you that amount. Or picture ofsoneone else account WTH??? You have my 1099, stubs, look at that! But she was dry and laugh when we were stressing like she didn't CARE! She was and is in my opinion horrible at what she does. She needs re-training or to be fired. I was asked to pay small amount to get score needed. I paid off completely(much larger amount) still no call no help. A mortgage of 350k was paid, and CC of 7800. Needed 9pt, i jumped 30plus pts. Still ******* ******* at Rocket Mortgage was NO HELP! AGAIN in my opinion she is a spoil brat that is young and dont understand the process. The refi, is stressful. Im glad its not a emergency. But we will NEVER use Rocket Mortgage for anything else. Our opinion use another company. Ms ******* is NOT in touch w/ the world

Rocket Mortgage is a complete fraud company. I was pre approved for a mortgage. Than I got my approval letter. They pushed my closing back 4 times & kept asking for more paperwork. The day before my last closing, they tried to change my contract from a 30 year term to a 20 year term mortgage. They want to raise my payment of a quoted price of $675 a month to $884 a month. Accepted a homeowners insurance policy after it was paid in full for 1 year then rejected it. Had to pay for another policy that they finally accepted. Also the day before my closing, they said I was no longer approved for my mortgage. I told them on this past Thursday 9/12/24 I will not be using them as a Mortgage company anymore. Friday, they pulled my credit report, & on Saturday they sent me papers tk sign for a closing. This has turned into harassment from Rocket Mortgage. I have text messages & emails from this company quoting prices, rates & closing costs. My closing costs kept changing from $5700 Upto $9800 multiple times. Something needs to he done with this *************** antics, poor business, poor representation, and overall distasteful manner. Not to mention I signed a letter of intent to continue in June. They jerked me around for 3+ months with my mortgage. They have no ************ no remorse for ************** livelihoods.

I am highly dissatisfied with this company always a run around with no real leadership. Process are drawn out and take way longer then they need to. They lack a checks and balance system. Like with me the main person I worked with was on vacation and important things got missed. They requested an appraisal for a house I was purchasing and never send the final purchase price, list of upgrades or features for my new construction house. They also sent the appraiser to my new construction house way before it was ready to be looked at and appropriately judged. After having to go back two separate times to the appraiser we finally got the price to within 5k of the final purchase price. (From over 20k under at first)After failing to help find more comps to compare the house I decided to switch companies and go a different route for my mortgage needs. I talked with 6+ different people from all different places and experience levels. Making the process confusing. All of this made my closing date have to move. **** ahead a month and ** getting ready to close on my house with my new mortgage company. Everything is good to go and then Rocket (dont really care about you) Morgage. Strikes again forcing me to move closing for a second time. My new mortgage company has everything ready to go besides the appraisal XML file which rocket has to transfer in order for us to close. My new mortgage reaches out and requests this document the end of August several days later rocket replies and tells them they need the request to be a written request new mortgage company does as they ask. Several days later they reply as soon a its processed they will release the document. A few days until closing they request payment for the appraisal (first time mentioning payment is needed) rocket overnights a check that I have tracking data for arrives 9/9 rocket states they didnt receive until 9/11 and it will take up to 7 days to process a check. Closing was scheduled for 9/12. Spiteful Company!!!
