      My truck went in for an airbag warranty broke my dashboard and glovebox and will not repair. There tech lied on report about already being broke I HAVE pictures

      They sold me a car for $14K with $20K worth of issues to fix. I will take partial responsibility for not getting the car checked out before I bought it. But - $20K? There has to be some recourse. I'm talking to an attorney.

      I would never advise any women who is purchasing a car to do business with this dealership by themselves if you aren't knowledgeable about vehicles. They sold me a car that needed multiple repairs and was dishonest with me throughout the whole transaction. Unfortunately I am still paying a note for a vehicle that needs multiple repairs that I only had for 3 months. The car also doesn't have a warranty either. Every time I reached out to them I am given the run around and also being ask to pay for the repairs which is unfair since the vehicle was defective when I received it.

      Dealing with this dealership has been the worst customer service experience. My husband and I purchased *cash* a brand new car and the updates we received as our car was being made, were not timely in any way. The amount we were told to get a certified check for, was not the correct amount. When we came in to purchase the vehicle and finalize the transaction, we had to wait 2 hours and we not notified in any way it would take that long. The temporary license they gave us expired and I had to follow up with them on getting an actual license plate so we didn't have to deal with this. When I took the car home, after we had finally met with their finance guy to sign all the papers, I noticed something wrong with the trim on the driver door so I had to bring it in and the dealership found two issues with it. They had to order parts (forgot to call me to even tell me the parts had arrived) so I brought the vehicle back. I told them I needed a ride to work. They said they would have a shuttle at 7:00 am. When I brought my car in, I was told by ***** that their shuttle service didn't start until 9:00 am. A very nice man offered to drive me to work. I told ***** before I left that I needed my car by 11:30 am as I had a meeting. No updates were received from *****, so I reached out. They said the shuttle was on his way to get me but they gave him the wrong address so it took 1.5 hours for him to pick me up. By the time I got to the dealership, I had 5 minutes to get to my meeting and was furious. I e-mailed and called ********************* several times; no response. Finally he called me, said he would look into it, and I haven't heard from him since. We have to go back to get our seat heater chips installed and I'm absolutely dreading it. I told **** I was informing him because I didn't want another customer to feel this way but the fact that he can't even call me back and TRY to keep us as a customer is really sad.

      To be quite honest it was probably the worst experience that I have ever had with a car dealership. I reached out over the internet on February 7, got a call back pretty quickly where I was told it would be given to a sales associate- and then pretty much nothing. I emailed back with the person that I spoke with and sent other inquiries, all getting no response. On Thursday February 10 I emailed *** ****** whose contact information I found on your website. He called me back Friday to confirm that the car was still available and I said that I would be back in touch.The car is for my daughter. She is finishing college and we are looking for something to replace her current 2006 Audi A4 Cabriolet. She very much wanted a manual A4 which resulted in casting a pretty wide search. The car you had in stock checked most of the boxes and the plan would have been to drive over and get it, probably this weekend- simple cash deal, no financing.I texted *** back on Friday at 6:00 pm our time to let him know that we wanted to buy the car. He texted back on Saturday at 11:12 am indicating that he would get back to me soon. On Monday at 1:20 pm I texted back wondering when I might hear from him. I received a phone call back shortly after 3 that day indicating that the car had been sold. To say that I was disappointed is an understatement. I reached back out to *** but had not heard back from him.I regularly buy cars outside of my local market and have never experienced this poor of service. It is inexcusable. I could have committed to buying it on the first day I inquired if someone had taken the time to call me back. Clearly a decision was made that it was easier to execute a local sale that deal with someone from out of town.

      After being referred to this dealership from credit yes I regretfully have to say this was the worst experience I've ever had Not only was it a waste of time but I Was accused of providing fraudulent pay stops for my employer that their bank supposedly told them it was fraudulent. However I'm not sure why their bank would have any way of knowing something like that considering my pay is through PayPal because the business I work for is a small business. It took them two weeks to approve me. Then upon coming in not only did I provide them my last year's tax information and my pay stubs They now wanted a copy of my bank statement which at that point I said I'm no longer wanting to work with them because they told me either a bank's statement or pay stubs so why are they asking me for both I felt as if I was being targeted I'm not sure if it was maybe because my name was Arabic or for whatever reason. They were requiring me to supply over and above what they required everyone else to provide for the same program. And if you're going to work with a company like credit yes you should probably have a little better handling of situations like this Not only did I waste two weeks of my time I now have inquiries on my credit report that I did not need since they went back on their approval after already approving me. I would suggest to find another dealership if you want anything done because this dealership takes way too much time and they really don't care about their customers at all.
