These stupidly obnoxious jerks charged me for a hotel room when I was not even able to stay there. I was never informed that I had to arrive and check-in before 6 pm. My flight did not even land until 3pm! They are also lying and pretending that they ever sent me something in writing stating that I would forfeit my room if I did not check in before 6pm. They are lying about everything and also refusing to refund due to THEIR ERROR. I point out their error to them and they pretend that I am SOMEHOW in the wrong when it was 100% the fault of their dotarded "35 yr experienced" "travel agent". They are being vain and arrogant despite being 100% in the wrong. I could *** them to teach them a ****** and will have to should they continue being so obnoxious. They have illegally discriminated against me, violated the Americans with Disabilities Act, and they are now retaliating against me for not just sitting down and shutting up like a good little scam victim of theirs. I am having so many more headaches now because of their dotarded employee ******************* that pretends she knows more about travel than I do - just because she has fumbled around with it for 3 and a half decades. They are exceptionally in the wrong here and I am quite angry about it. I have attached their "fine print" and I have blown it up - after the fact - but there is still literally nothing regarding a mandatory 6pm or earlier check-in time on it.
