This is about Coloradoland Tire & Services located at ***********************************, but this store is owned by The Tiregroup who also owns Kansasland and Nebraskaland. The owner is *********************** and their main office is located at ****************************************************************** have used this store for the last 5 years for all maintenance work-engine oil change to battery change to other engine work except for the tires. I have been a loyal customer, but I noticed that the quality of their service has been compromised last two years. They dont check my car status unless I ask first, stop giving me recommendations ahead of time, and most importantly they are not busy. I still keep all those receipts. After they did the engine work on 9/7/21, my engine died in the middle of the road on 12/16/21. I called and talked to the store manager, ******************* and the director, ***************************** in ******. They refused to be responsible for this. I have been truly honest and transparent with them sharing all my information; I provided them with all the receipts for the last 5 years and the check-up report from a dealership. However, all they did to me was constantly accusing me that Im the one who broke the vehicle, not changing the engine oil on time. However, mileages in all the receipts clearly show that I took my car in regularly because I paid attention to the percentage on the dashboard. They lied to me, saying they offered me a diagnosis that they never did. This clearly tells me this company doesnt train their employees well and their management lacks morality/ethics/integrity. Additionally, I truly dont appreciate their bullying attitude toward me whenever I communicated with them because I was a female minority with English accent. To me, this is no longer just a money. I cannot accept the fact that this unethical business exists in the market. I as a consumer, have a right to secure quality service. Coloradoland Tire & Services already have all supporting documents.
