We contracted with *** of Steel Buildings MFG for the purchase, concrete, erection and project management of our steel building. We wrote a check for $17k on 12/23/2021 and have yet to see our steel building, have not been able to get an estimated date of arrival. As of today we have spoken with *** dozens of times, of which he is rude, off putting, condescending and incompetent. It took 6 calls to get our engineered drawings after 9 weeks- they were promised to have been done within 5 weeks. There was nothing but excuses as to why. When we got our plans they were not accurate or to the specifications we ordered and agreed to. We were told there would be a change order cost due to ***s inability to accurately document the colors we selected in December. He has been unable to do any part of the job he contracted to do. To date we have had to find our own concrete contractor- of which has talked to *** directly and who has been talked down to and told it is his job to install the bolts (this is NOT his job). We found our own erection crew no thanks to *** and he also has complained about the lack of professionalism. *** has FAILED us in every way possible. We do not have steel and it has been 21 WEEKS- WITH ZERO FOLLOW THROUGH AND OR TANGIBLE DATES.
