They are the rudest company around. I had communication with multiple employees including the owner ****. They were not knowledgeable, polite or detailed orientated, but they expect you to be. I am not even sure how they stay in business, oh I know they make every excuse NOT to pay their contractors. They expect you to work multi hour shops doing numerous employee and attraction reviews. So basically for 5 to 10 hours work your compensation is literally $10-30 all while paying out of pocket over a hundred dollars. If you complete the shop to their satisfaction it will take over a month to reimbursed you and pay you less than a meager amount. They are using people to do detailed long exhausting reports, turning them into their clients, all while denying you compensation and reimbursement. There is a reason they are not with the BBB. RUN!!! Literally the worst place EVER! THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!Amusement Advantage LLC Response

We appreciate you previously sharing your concerns with us on October 1st, however your review here is not factual or productive for anyone. We have reviewed all of our communication with you since you first registered with our firm and made contact with our team. All of our communication was professional and polite. It appears as though you were frustrated with some of the requirements of the work and ultimately declined completing the work as a result, which is of course your choice. When you later inquired about this same assignment and brought a discrepancy to our attention, we apologized repeatedly for the confusion over the error in pay on a posting (from July) that was still appearing in October (mistakenly and not known until brought to our attention). We then offered to honor that same compensation that was offered at the end of July (higher rate due to short deadline) for the current October shop despite it not being due for weeks and despite you previously cancelling the assignment after agreeing to complete it. We received no follow up response until this review was posted and you revised your profile in our system to include vulgarities and fake contact information. The EXACT text of my previously email response to you is included below:Good afternoon. Thanks for sharing additional details with us. I apologize for the frustration caused by this issue and so appreciate your time and apologies in trying to work out a way to complete the shop for us. There is apparently a glitch with this old shop (July) still appearing on the XXXXXX website and linking to an outdated page on our site with the $50 bonus (which was for a July shop). Although we have this shop open in October, there is currently no bonus as of course today is just the 1st so we have the whole month to complete it still. We typically only offer bonus payments when we cannot fill a shop and are running out of time as they often result in us taking a loss on the shop (clients dont typically pay a bonus). Regardless, I understand how our failure to remedy it or properly explain why it was happening only further escalated the issue. Please understand the scheduler on duty on the weekend doesnt necessarily have the time or knowledge to investigate issues such as these and they were simply responding based upon the current information they see in our system.I tried to call you to discuss further, however was unable to reach you and your voicemail said it is not accepting messages as it is not yet setup. If you are still interested in the XXXXXX shop, we can honor the $50 EP for October as a one-time exception due to the incorrect, outdated posting. We can also offer the fast pay within **** days as was previously advertised as a one-time exception again due to the circumstances. Please advise if you are still interested and if so for which day.We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding. As to the compensation for the shop, with the above bonus and reimbursement of expenses that would be enjoyed as part of the overall experience, the rate is approximately $20-25 per hour which we are confident is a competitive rate of pay for this type of contract work. It would have been more like $30 per hour with the bonus. Ultimately, mystery shopping-like many gig-work or contractor opportunities, is based upon companies and contractors agreeing upon terms for work to be completed. You are never under any obligation to complete anything. We appreciate and acknowledge that the project you inquired about ultimately *** not have been a good fit for you.Per the contractor agreement work submitted that is egregiously substandard or grossly incomplete *** result in lower or no compensation. That is rarely the case, and our project coordinators work hard to ensure each shopper is fully prepared for and able to complete each assignment for full payment (which of course also provides the best service to our clients which is also our goal). We provide toll-free Phone, convenient Live Chat and response Email Support 7 days a week 9am-11pm ET, 362 days a year to support our contractors and ensure their success with each project. Our website includes hundreds of shopper testimonials from contractors. Additional Contractor reviews can be found on **************** and various mystery shopping sites and resources. We have been in business ********************************************************************************************************************** providing fair compensation and friendly support to all contractors we have the opportunity to work with. Thanks again for sharing your concerns. We wish you well in your future endeavors.Regards,********************* CEO/General ManagerReview from Sak S.

We are sorry you were displeased with the interaction with our team. Please note that we simply explained the following factual information (exact statement): "I found your duplicate record that was deactivated due to failure to complete a shop and thus need to deactivate your new fraudulent record as well. Please dont contact us again." We don't work with contractors who fail to complete agreed upon work on time and certainly not with contractors who fraudulently create a new duplicate record to reapply for work due to their original record being deactivated for failure to complete work as agreed upon.
