      Worst service I have experienced with car . I needed help with a tow hitch that needed the wire harnessing added and a misaligned door on a new Cherokee. My husband asked at his work for a recommendation, very sorry he did. I dropped the car off the night before. Waited all day to hear from them. Nothing. The next day my husband got a text it was ready. They tell him it was too hard, took them 5 hours to put on. They charged 800 dollars for work they were inexperienced to do. Then 32 extra because we didn't know we needed cash. The worst part is they told us there are no taillights now, no brake lights and no gas indicator. That we have to go to the dealer to have it flashed. That will cost us another 200 plus. They knew they couldn't finish the job and didn't tell us before they did the install. Now I have an unsafe vehicle I can't legally drive. I can't get in to a dealer for 2 weeks. My first husband was killed in a car wreck and now I am terrified when I have to drive an unsafe car with the gaugees and rear lights gone to the next repair place to fix their terrible service. The door, they wrote go to body shop. They didn't even do the safety check we asked for. Also a part was missing from the harness we got from the dealer and we provided, not knowing, that they wrote up on the invoice. No idea if they installed it missing. Poor communication and horrifying service. It will cost me almost **** to get a rental until I can get my car drivable. I hope no else picks this place. You will be sad and hurt if you do. The final worst part is they put a scratch into my new bumper that I have to contact them to repair as they don't take car of your vehicle properly. Now when they checkin by text and are told what happened. No response. No call. Shameful.

      We installed a customer supplied factory part with the instructions the customer supplied.  The instructions are pictures.  The instructions did not tell us that the vehicle needed to be flashed.  We found that out when the job was done and we went to the help website.  We did not scratch the bumper.  We suggested the dealership do the install initially and the customer responded that the dealership was giving them issue.

       

      This is a 2023 Jeep with no wiring for a trailer wiring harness.  The harness the customer supplied required a lot of work and wiring.  We have no access to 2023 factory software.

      The customer is always right, unless you have your work done at quality tune. I was quoted one price for parts and was billed substantially more. Unacceptable. The owner declined to make things right and actually seemed off put by me even contacting him.
