Beware of Heritage Roofing & Contracting and the two subsidiary companies Palms Concrete and HRC Concrete. These three companies are owned by the same family and are very much intertwined with running each others operations. With *********************** the General Manager for the three companies, ********************* owner of Heritage Roofing & Contracting, ***************************** owner of HRC Concrete, and *********************** owner of Palms Concrete, together they will not warrant their work even though the workmanship of poor quality caused major issues in our concrete. Less than three days after the concrete was poured two large structural cracks developed, one in the driveway and the other in the patio. Also, because of lack of supervision and experience or ***** the on-site General *******, the concrete crew was slow to move and stamp the concrete in a timely manner. Because of their slowness the stamped concrete porch is full of heat shrinkage cracks. *********************** and ***** both acknowledged the structural cracked areas need to be replaced, and the heat shrank areas need to be repaired or replaced. *********************** in a letter to us stated they do not warrant their work and will not make any repairs.Review from Greg M

HRC is just another unscrupulous contractor. Buyer beware! HRC purchased Palm Concrete and Landscaping LLC earlier this year. My contract was signed with Palm in the first quarter of last year. Work was scheduled for earlier this month; HRC came out to better understand the scope of the project; Brian told me that HRC wanted to honor the pricing; add-ons were discussed; and the following day, HRC sends me an email saying that they would not do the project...the implication being that Palm underbid my work/HRC would not make as much...that their teams could be used to generate a higher return elsewhere. I filed a complaint with the BBB; HRC supplied the contract minus the schedule of assets that were purchased (of course...not wanting to admit that value was assigned to Palm's pending contracts) and the complaint was closed by the BBB. Hence...this review. HRC's story changes and employees are not all on the same page. Does this sound like a contractor one would want to hire? Be careful with HRC...the GM is a smooth talker/not one to be trusted IMHO. He maintains that HRC is only doing a favor to Palm's clients in contacting them. Really?? Perhaps HRC has some swamp land in Florida to sell you!!

Hello Mr. ******, As I noted to you on the phone Heritage did not purchase ****** ******** * ************ ***. we purchased the assets from ****** ******** * ************ ***. This means legally we could not honor the original contract you were provided. As a courtesy we did visit your site and the work you requested had been severely underbid. We noted you were not obligated to honor the original contract and we wished you well with your project. We still wish you well with your project and hope you have found an alternate contractor to meet your needs.
