Global roofing started my Insurance roof repair, I have a contract with them where they state they will only charge what the insurance approves. They completed the roof work the last week of August fully done on August 31. The 2nd of September they were suppose to complete the gutters but showed at 4:30 and then did not return till Friday the 8th after daily calls and being directed by Global roofing to the 3rd party contractor who they were working with. They completed the work on Saturday the 9th. Global roofing submitted an invoice to the insurance on September 1st after completing the roof and not before starting although they said they did due to this the insurance has not approved their final amount and I asked the owner to call and clear it up with the insurance company. I gave them a 1 start review on ****** and after not receiving a call from the owner called him on the Sept 21. At this point he proceeded to shout at me over the review and put the phone down numerous times, this is while I am trying to pay his final invoice. I also followed this up with an email, but he has proceeded to threaten me with lawyers. After me speaking to the insurance and getting some of the money cleared I contacted him to pay the final amount and have the document completed for the bank and insurance, once again he has threatened me on email, and have handed me over to his lawyers. To be clear I am trying to pay him and have the money but he has been aggressive and do not want to take payment.
