              On Saturday, July 17, I accidentally broke the frame of my prescription glasses. I had a brand new identical frame and walked in to the Vision First optics, which is closest to me. I asked optician if it is possible to remove lenses from the broken frame and install them into new frame, and she said no problem. The frame and lenses were not originally purchased in this particular store, but I was looking just for service. I have done it before with my previous prescription glasses and different frames and I knew that normally it takes 2-3 minutes. The optician (Tina) disappeared for 30 minutes and came back with my new frame with lenses which were foggy and damaged. I was not able to see through these lenses. I was extremely upset and asked how this happened and she gave me vague explanation that in order to flip lenses she had to heat the frame and something happened in a process. Management response - they are not responsible.
