When I returned from *******, I had a pile of correspondence. One of the correspondences was a statement from Zynex Medical dated back to10/03/2022 in the amount of $349.00 for rental of a InWave prop that I never used. I completely forgot about the machine because I never used it, and was not even once billed monthly after October 2022 until now March 2024.I called them and they didn't want to hear me what I was explaining to them about the statements, they said that I had to pay the full amount. Even though they didn't sent me a statement until now March 2024 since 10/2022.They called me the next day and told me that I had to pay a $100.00 plus $95.00 for the prop which I never use, and I sent it back with everything this past Monday 4/8/2024 via **** with a shipping label they provided to me. I also told them since I have to pay the prob to send me back to me since I never use it.I also have to call me insurance company to discuss the monthly rental that this happened 10/2022.I believe that this shouldn't be happening since they are a big company. They should have their customers statements ready monthly, not a year and a half later and expect their customers be happy with these situations.
