I spent 3 days going back and forth with these people. I get told ** approved do all paperwork . Then at end I get asked for a ridiculous amount of money as a down payment. No that was never mentioned before I had 5 to 6 different people in my personal business. Poor customer service

I know that this can be a very frustrating way for any refinance attempt to end. The reason that it was found out so late in the process is we attempted to look over multiple lenders and options to see if there was a better way for us to help you with your refinance. The last option that we had with one of our partners required that we lower the loan to value ratio to get a better interest rate. The only way to do so is by applying a down payment to the current loan of the vehicle. I know that this can be frustrating, but unfortunately since we are not a lending institution we cannot dictate the terms of any refinance. I do deeply apologize that we were unable to find a refinance that was something that you would like to proceed with, but if you do change your mind, please remember that both of the options that we found for you are available for 30 days from the date of us presenting them to you.
As per having multiple people reaching out to you, I will escalate this matter to ensure this practice gets fixed, for we always like having 1 person that helps maintain your file.Review from Joanna B

This company is absolute garbage. Sent me a "Pre-Qualified" letter to lower my interest rate and payment, then ran my credit with a hard inquiry, dinging my credit report, then didn't even have the courtesy to call me back, only sent a text message saying "sorry, you were denied". I apologize for the way that this was handled. This is not how we strive to perform buisness, and I have directed your situation to the Team Director that your sales agent reports to. We will ensure to handle this internally. Running your credit is not a small decision, and even if there is nothing we can currently do to help refinance your vehicle, everyone deserves the time of day to have a conversation about it.
