Colorado Lawn Specialists did my lawn last year for a reduced rate. I was advised at that time that they would send out a notice about next years' service and that I could decline it at that time. They showed up at my property and started to aerate with prior notice or approval, so I asked them to leave my property. Their charges are excessive given the size of my lot and do not take into consideration for a large patio on the rear of my house. This is a borderline deceptive business practice, and I would decline their service.

Customer signed a Lawn Maintenance Agreement last spring and elected for auto renewal. He also authorized us to notify him by email for future scheduling.
Prior to coming out this spring, we emailed him 4 days ahead of the scheduled service and because he didn't reschedule or cancel the service, we proceeded as planned. Additionally, we sent numerous communications prior to the start of the season, detailing his service plan for this year. These notifications were sent both by email and postal mail.
We make it a point to get authorization in writing whenever possible and keep in touch months before the new season in an effort to avoid any miscommunications such as this instance. We are sorry that this customer is dissatisfied as our business model is to operate in a manner with complete transparency. I'm not sure what more we could have done.

If I could give a zero I would. They came out to do our neighbors yard and came and offered their services to us while we were working in our garage. Work was done and we paid. He said sign here and initial here. My husband did so. At NO point did he say it was now a reoccurring service or that they would be back or that we would get an email reminder they would be back. Shame on us for not reading the document but shame on him for not disclosing what were signing for.They emailed, they came out I stopped their service and called to voice my complaint. Got a voicemail letting me know that an email was sent, that my husband signed up and now there is a trip charge. Okay fine, I called back saying I will pay the trip charge but so not come back to my home...My husband then got a call from a very unfriendly man who started with you signed and initialed. Okay I get that we signed our receipt and installed as you say but it was NOT disclosed that we signed up for reoccurring service. And I let him know we would have cancelled had we known because we did not call for the service initially. ****** learned do NOT let the guy doing your neighbors yard con you into doing yours, read what you are signing and be careful using this company.Review from Steve R

Experience was really positive from scheduling, to work, to ease of payment. They showed up as scheduled and were very polite. They did a great job cleaning the concrete areas with the blower after they applied the fertilizer. I will definitely use these guys again!
