              On June 2, 2022, I was involved in a motorcycle accident. I was transported to UCHealth Highlands Ranch where I was treated and released in the *** On 1/23/2023 I received a letter from UCHealth saying that due to insurance overpayment, I was due a refund of $734.30, and that they had refunded that amount back to my debit card. However, the ***** ********** account attached to that debit card was closed 12/3/2022, and as a result, the refund was never received. Through numerous telephone and text conversations, UCHealth has insisted they processed the refund "with no issues." I asked **************** to investigate, and they said the refund was rejected because the account the refund was supposed to go into had been closed for more than 30 days. As of 8/16 I have still not received the refund. I have attached detailed supporting evidence.
