              Very defensive and combative if you share any complaint. We hired for hot tub hook up. He did not use the service hole in the hot tub. He drilled a hole in the side panel of our hot tub and chaulked the wire to it, preventing us from opening the panel for repairs. He refused to change it. I had to take husband to *********** so i told him we had to leave. He left our doors unlocked to our house and the garage door wide open. When I texted him back to let me know when his son was coming to pick up the ladder he left because of thefts in the area I would not leave it out. Also pointung out the doors left open. He said i yelled at him. And because i shared kindly in texts about needing the panel changed he said i was harrassing him. He saod he did everything legal. Which in fact is not true. The *** box is 30" from hot tub. It should be 5 ft. He even told me that. POOR BEHAVIOR FOR A PROFFESIONAL TO HAVE. THEY SHOULD TRY TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT.
